Sydney Levine is a proud alumna of Gateway to the Arts and is so happy to be back as a teacher! Sydney earned an honors degree in Music Education, as well as a minor in Disability Studies, from the University of Delaware. During her time at UD, she was the President of MelUDees a cappella, an all gender ensemble that placed in the Mid-Atlantic region of the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella in 2020 and 2023, with Sydney earning the “Outstanding Soloist” award in the latter year. She also spent her college career performing in and conducting theatrical productions with the Harrington Theatre Arts Company and traveling through Europe and beyond with various choral ensembles. She holds a Level I Elementary General Music Certificate from the Gordon Institute of Music Learning and spent several years teaching early childhood music classes! Sydney currently teaches K-5 Elementary General Music and Chorus in Morris County.
